Transfer bar
Spacer used in the manufacture of floors when using transfer bars, which allows the movement of steel inside the concrete. It is also used on a large scale in the manufacture of pre-molded panels manufactured "in loco", not allowing the hardware to come into contact with the formwork. It can also be used as a rebar tip protector.
